As a function of our Patriot Appraisal Management service, you will be informed via email status notifications during each step of the appraisal process. Our system offers automatic updates to give you the most current information available on your order. Appraisal reports are delivered digitally through our system via email. We can customize our service platform to match any other service you may use – (Integration with LOS systems and software, UCDP, etc).

We take the time to speak with each appraiser, reinforcing our commitment to open communication. This communication allows Patriot the opportunity to address any particular questions that might come about after a report is completed.
